Bailey, Texas Ghost Tales


Not everything in Bailey, Texas is as it appears; this spot has an adequate number of ghosts. The ghosts of this town don’t leave anyone unscared. Folks who have never stayed for a few days in this town will let you know it's all just superstition, but not all the inhabitants of Bailey are alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The spirit of a teenage girl came into view up on the highest spot of Snow Hill attempting to snatch something. This ghost is extremely active in this vicinity; there have been a few other accounts of this
 
    individual ghost. A woman who lives here says that this spirit is the undeparted soul of a long dead Bailey local resident.

A figure with a skeleton face in shady robes was made out by Correa Lake
  Dam after midnight gazing at the water. This is one of those phantoms that is made out often in the vicinity.

A lady with a machete in her head became visible floating in the air like a helium balloon in Bailey. The witness ran off immediately after she witnessed the ghost. One of the locals strongly alleges that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Bailey before the present.

The ghost of a young-looking Indian warrior was perceived tossing chunks of concrete into the flowing water at Allen Creek very late at night. When the onlooker
came into sight the ghost escaped.

The phantom of a jet pilot was made out looking creepy in Bonham State Park by the park headquarters. The arrival of the witness scared the ghost who then vanished. A number of of the residents allege this spirit is that of a resident who existed here in Bailey long ago.
