The Texas grill is not haunted. It was a joke told to a reporter for Texas monthly who the cook didn't know was a reporter. The real haunted place is 2 doors down at the old pizza place. I knew the guy who fixed it up in the early 2000s.

It was an old saloon in the day. Lots of banging around cold spots and ghost spottings. This place is for real haunted. I have seen stuff myself there.

Howdy since you don't have it in your catalog I'll tell a 'true' story of a ghost named Norton who saved the Texas grill on hutchings from burning down.. The cook was baking bread for the next day and needed to stay late so the owner set the lock on the door where the cook could lock up.. It was late and the cook had been up since early in the day.. He was tired as he shut the door and started to leave.. Then he thought did I turn the oven off'' if he didn't it might burn the place down so he went to the owners house..
