From what I hear the whole carpet was filled with blood and they had to remove the carpet. There's also lights come on and off in that building at night. You also hear footsteps around the apt. It's crazy that's why I moved out of those apts. I had enough of those apts. The little boy was always unattended and a car hit him.. I heard of other people seeing him after his death but I never did... The guy that got killed in the courtyard was in 04. What I heard one time were little kids playing outside and when I looked out the window in the old courtyard there was no one there except for a neighbor who had been walking his dog but had not seen or heard nobody.
