I have lived in Bedford all my life and have come across spirits countless times in different areas around the city. I believe the sightings of the charred woman is one of many in the area. In the late 1800's a church burned down with many of the occupants still inside.
In the areas east of brown trail and north of Harwood along the sulphur Spring Branch creek, spirits are very often seen walking through the backyards of the residents following the creek. I have always believed there was something very dark about the birth of this city, and it's deceased residents.
