Two weeks ago while driving back from the panhandle I was driving on Texas Highway 287 towards bowie in between Henrietta and Bowie, Me and my friend noticed shadows jumping in front of the car and jumping from one side of the highway next to the other. At first I thought I was going crazy but when my friend saw the same thing I know something evil or weird was going on. If any one else has experienced this same event please respond 7/31/2009.

We seen alittle girl dressed in white by the water towers in bowie we didnt think anything about it untill she walked through the pick up ahead of us.

A person would imagine that there's nothing atypical involving Bowie, Texas, but if you are easily frightened, you'd better steer clear of this town at night. Statues jump about, speech coming from the dark. Not everyone has faith in the stories the local residents tell, but only some of the natives of Bowie are quite alive.
