Nov. 2009 at bar x one I was driving around talking on the phone to a friend and seen a Young girl standing by a Stone driveway she had her head down with her hair down over face she look like she was holding something in her hand she was wearing long shirt but you couldn't see her feet I slow down as I was going pass her and telling my friend what I was seeing I went to turn around about 20 ft where I seen her and she
