Ghosts are so typical in this place; a lot of locals don’t even lose sleep about it any longer. A number of locals declare these tales are untrue, but the undead might show themselves to you if you stay an extra day in Buffalo Gap. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A decapitated lady is from time to time witnessed exploring Bear Cove in detail in the early morning hours. The ghost of an 11 foot massive person is known to have been seen on many instances at Lake Kirby Dam before sunrise screaming at the watcher to leave. The spirit of a lady with half her head missing       can once in a while be perceived in a hardware store in the Buffalo Gap vicinity. It's been declared that this specific ghost is the struggling spirit of an old Buffalo Gap local. Whatever people verbalize, it's a terrifying ghost that is rather not interrupted. A woman with a spear in her head was witnessed dragging a body from the freezing   water of Buttonwillow Creek late in the night. The ghost did not care that there was someone other in attendance. According to what the local residents assert, this ghost is that of a local resident who existed here in Buffalo Gap some decades ago.
