Caddo Mills, Texas Ghost Tales My step-mom and dad had a weird experience as well. They were driving home down West Caddo Estate and my dad stopped to get the mail. (Notice it was around midnight or one in the morning). He saw a small girl on a much older looking bike. When he got back in the car, my step mom said she saw the young girl too. She waved and simply said ''Hi'', and when my step-mom looked back, the girl had vanished. I really don' tknow what to think of this, but I believe in the unknowm spirits.
