Yes, I have lived in Cameron for all of my 25 years, I grew up in Marlow or as some of the elders in Cameron call Devil's bend. Growing up out there, there is definitely Spirit activity, A woman's voice in the woods can be heard at night saying I LOVE YOU, numerous people i grew up with out there, neighbors and ect. say there is a creature of some sort running wild at night in the woods, can't describe it because I personally never seen it, but supposedly, a friend of mine parked at the Old Marlow church right next to the Cemetary, and something ran up to his truck and scratched the side of his vehicle and ran off making a crying noise.

You might assume that Cameron, Texas is precisely the same as any other municipality in the US, but when the darkness of nighttime sets in; things become scary. The ghosts of this municipality don’t leave anyone unfrightened. Not everyone trusts in the reports the folks who live here tell, but a visit to Cameron, Texas will make anyone believe.

spirit of a severely mangled hunter dragging a dead cougar is repeatedly distinguished downing water from Indian Springs before sunrise. Some of the folks who live in this town declare this ghost is the undeceased spirit of a long dead Cameron person who lived here. Regardless of what, it indisputably is a chilling spirit that should be steered clear of.
The spirit of a young-looking woman with a rope around her neck has supposedly been noticed on one or two occasions admiring Yellow Bluff in the early morning hours before sunrise. If you listen to the people who live here, this ghost is that of a person who existed here in Cameron some time ago. One thing's for certain, this phantom sure is chilling; one that you do not want to encounter after midnight.
An extremely frightening spirit can regularly be noticed in Hobson Lake before sunrise trying to conceal a corpse. Anyhow, it's a menacing ghost that any normal person wouldn't want to meet.
