I am 36 now but lived there for my Jr. High and High School years. I saw a similar story on the net a few years ago and had to laugh. It was written by a previous night securtity gaurd of the country club. He reported seeing ''ghostly lights'' and ''figuers'' at the edge of the lake but when he invesigated he found nothing. That was about five of friends and myself sneeking in at night to go catfishing     and occasionally drink beer. We had cut a hole in the chainlink fense along the canal and would seek in as the channel cat fishing was great!As for why he never found anything we would leave our rods along the edge of the bank and hide under the bridges that crossed the canals that were designed for golf carts. We could see the clubhouse from across the lake and whenever he started his golf card we heard it beep while backing out of the space or see his headlights blink on. He would walk down and shine his flashlight under the bridge but we were up under it.
