We saw 2 kids runin & playn in d Fields w/a dog. No homes close by. About a wk later my sister & kids saw the same. She didn't stop but called police. Police stated nothing was there. In this area between cty rd 36&38. There has said to have been about 5 car accidents recently within the last 2yrs. Some were my sons friends & family, several yrs ago     my friend. But when it came to my child I moved & don't plan on returning.
