He stopped at the blinking light by the bank, and a small herd of sheep crossed the highway right in front of his semi rig. Then the sheep herd disappeared right in front of his eyes. He says he also heard a dog barking, but could never see a dog either. The semi driver told me he was going to use a different route the next time he came through Texas because Chillicothe was too freaky and bothered his nerves.
