Based on what the people who live here say, this phantom   can be the soul of a resident who died here in Crystal City some time ago. Lots of people who live here say this ghost is probably the stressed ghost of a local who used to have a home here in Crystal City. Nonetheless, this is a hostile ghost that should be avoided.
