My cousin use to work in the City Hall. One day she and her other coworkers were working quietly when they heard typing then a woman laughing upstairs...That part of the building is no longer used and is kept locked up tight....wish I had heard it.

Wow, this is weird I never knew that Dilley had such evil things considering I live there lol. Anyway if you have anymore stories please share them. They sounds very good... but I have I story of my own. My mother once told me that when she was small her and my aunts were walking in an alley and halfway through it they saw some black figure. That black figure was dragging a leg and was just walking. My mom and my aunts ran but ever since that day they have never seen that thing again. They said that they passed right by it but they couldn't see any face or anything but I'm just saying what I heard.

everything in Dilley, Texas is as it appears; this spot has a good share of ghosts. Statues travel around, shrieks coming from the night. Not everyone trusts in the descriptions the locals tell, but there in fact are terrifying things going on here in Dilley during the night.

The phantom of an elderly hag was witnessed dispatching a box at a Dilley post office. The arrival of the eye witness alarmed the spirit who then faded away. A local resident asserts that this spirit may be the spirit of a resident who died here in Dilley some time ago.
A guy with a sizeable hole through his chest has repeatedly been spotted startling folks in Dilley City Park at night. One thing is for sure, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that any sound person would not want to bump into.
A lady's body having a bear's head is regularly spotted at Derby Dam before sunrise shifting orbs around. One of the folks who live here determinedly argues that this ghost may well be a famous former time local of Dilley. Well, it sure is a bloodcurdling ghost that you shouldn't go searching for.
A guy with the head of a devil can repeatedly be spotted dragging a body from the chilly water of Buck Creek in the early morning hours.
