Custom Search Fairfield, Texas Ghost Sightings Fairfield PAGE 1   2   3   4     I was about 7 years old living about a mile or two from Streetman on the edge of Fairfield off highway 75. My parents were outside packing up the car for vacation it was after 10 o'clock at night. We were all ready to get going both my parents myself my brother and sister when my father saw a figure walking down the dirt driveway. He yelled at it and called my uncle to fetch his gun since it didn't reply to anyone. It walked     near our carport which was 10ft. High by 40ft long both my uncle and father walked toward it as we all watched. It jumped straight up the 10 ft. Side of the carport and ran across it as my father shot at it and jumped into the darkness of night. We all left on vacation almost immediately afterwords and my father never spoke about it ever again no matter how Many times we asked him what it was.
