We lived down the street from the Flower Mound. Our backyard backed up to FM 3040. One evening, I went to the grocery store which was right on the other side of the mound, next to the mound. My wife, who had been upstairs in our bedroom getting ready for bed, called me in a panic, saying ''someone is downstairs in the house! I can hear them walking around and opening up the pantry door. Please come home!'' I got in my car and drove home, speeding the entire way. When I got there I quickly unlocked the front door and entered the house, ready to fight any intruders. I checked every room both downstairs and upstairs. There was no one there except my wife.
One morning I woke up and my wife said that she had not slept all night. She said that she had woken in the middle of the night because of a loud sound that sounded like a bomb exploding. She said that it was a head-on collision that had occurred right behind our house on FM 3040 during the night. As I left the house for work, I noticed the police cars blocking the road, and police officers taking pictures of the scene. I then saw a helicopter overhead circling right above the accident sight. That night I was out walking my dog about 10:00 pm, and I noticed that the street lamp began to flicker. As I walked toward it, it stopped flickering. Then as I walked back towards my house, it began to flicker again. The next night, I noticed the same thing. I thought this was weird because I had never noticed that light before the accident occurred. .

Comment by Blown away: I have to wonder if it's something that is directly about you because I have noticed this with me too where I've noticed this exact same thing, but then again I was wondering if it would happen with just anyone but never really did make a deliberate attempt to observe this meaning that maybe a person getting too close to the electricity was making it waiver.
