Fritch, Texas Ghost Tales On the outskirts of an area known as the Canadian River, there is a dumpster near the exit. The phantom of an airliner pilot materialized stacking stones down next to the water at Harbor Bay. The ghost reacted to the watcher. Some of the residents allege this phantom is that of a resident who existed here in Fritch some decades ago.   One thing's for guaranteed, this is an unfriendly ghost that should be kept away from. The ghost of a tough lumberjack carrying a large axe was seen on the highest spot of Antelope Peak on a dark night studying the panorama. The ghost was consumed by the air after being seen. A frightening skeleton emerged devouring a melon in Bugbee Canyon on a dark night. When witnessed the phantom approached the viewer who then ran away. It's been said that this exact ghost likes terrifying foolish folks who have the guts to upset the calm in Fritch. Nevertheless, it undoubtedly is a scary spirit that is preferably not messed with. A guy that shifted shape into a vampire was perceived in Sanford Recreational Area around midnight smoking a pipe. There have been several descriptions involving this ghost in the neighborhood. The ghost of a pregnant female was made out chatting into the thin air at Sanford Dam in the early morning hours. Many sightings of this ghost have been conveyed. If you talk to the residents, this ghost gets pleasure from scaring foolhardy people who come searching for ghosts in Fritch.
