This past Thursday, June 30th, 2011 at about 8pm, we drove down to the Upshur County Courthouse in Gilmer, Texas to see the damaged roof that landed on the front lawn there. Well I took a picture of the roof and I was looking at the picture last night and noticed what appears to be a figure wearing a black cloak, if you zoom in you can see eye sockets that appear to be of a red color. I thought maybe it was just a shadow, but it is in front of the yellow tape and no one is near it or looking in that direction. Is it real or not?.
