: My grandma lives here at the end of Garza Road . I'm staying here. No ghosts here! Just worried about the newly elected city government !!!.
Comment by Tio: My mom's house. No ghosts just two lovely octogenarians who know the truth to TX history. They are amazing.

Goliad is not the alamo. Everyone has heard of the Alamo because they fought back against the Mexican army. Then the army that was left went to Goliad and tricked the 400 settlers that were occupying a Spanish fort. They told them to surrender the fort and they would let them go. They surrendered and were massacred by the army. A hand few ran and jumped in the San Antonio river. I lived right down the road from the pesidio in Goliad. There are ghosts all over this bloody historical little town. Every time I camped outside at night I would hear drums playing. This is black brush country with no Street lights. You could hear the drums get louder as they drew near.
