Granbury, Texas Ghost Tales | |

It was a few months back after going to a movie and out to eat. My friends and I decided to try and find some where to hang out at the old Cemetery located on college hill. It was a stupid move on our part because the three of us are major sensitive to the paranormal, but decided to go ahead and enter. About half way in there is an old above ground Crypt and its padlocked closed at night, but it was open and this was around 3 in the morning. The car we were in, the radio is busted suddenly started up despite the fact the i-pod was plugged in began to play LOUD static. at the same time the three of us looked up and standing in front of the van was a man in a old style military uniform.... and it got supper cold in the car despite it being 75 degrees outside, then the radio goes back to normal and we get out of the car and in the white gravel dust theirs a set of bootprints.

heavy furniture. This happen every visit. One time I saw a man and lady in the downstairs parlor. They seemed to hate each other. As an adult I have seen many ghost around - although none listed above.

Not everything in Granbury, Texas is as it appears; struggling ghosts of the olden days in this municipality don't appear to intend to die. Some of the passed away decline to rest in this settlement. Not everybody has faith in the stories the locals tell, but the ghosts of Granbury are out tonight searching for somebody to freak out.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
An armor from the middle ages lacking a person inside may sometimes be made out walking by a wild highway next to Granbury.
The ghost of a woman with a plastic bag bound around her head was spotted resting on a couch in a trailer near Granbury. This is one of those spirits that is spotted frequently nearby. Either way, it's a menacing spirit that should be let alone.

moderately transparent gentleman clothed as the skipper of a liner showed up enjoying the vista at Bowser Lake Dam very late at night. The ghost was indifferent that there was someone else present.
