This happened all too fast and I thought maybe I was just imagining it but I know what I saw. When I told my Friend what I saw she decided to exit on the next exit which I believe was on Wilson road. When we went back there was nothing there. I told my Friend I wasn't lying and she believed me because shes seen things before in her House and other houses shes lived in before so she knew that maybe I did see     that Man in the road. I've never experienced something like that but it did freak me out. That was my first apparition sighting. Now everytime we go to Harlingen or we're coming back Home at night time I always look at that same place to see if get to see what I saw that day.
