Anyway I was finishing up my cigarette and out of the corner of my eye I saw a white mist come out of one of our breeze ways and disappear near the apartment community Center I was very shaken. Also the apartment above me had been vacant ever since I moved in and we could hear footsteps and thuds coming from above. Thanks for your time.
