Jourdanton, Texas Ghost Tales    I've seen semi-transparent images of angry men on the steps of the court house in Jourdanton. I used to live in a house on Bluntzer road that was very haunted. When we first moved out there I was around 11 or 12 and I was terrified it always felt as though you were being watched. The first few weks being out there I would wake up screaming and crying and wake everyone up I could not shake that unsettling feeling. Submitted by Tiffany       Category: home I would really like some more information on a ghost story my parents have told me about. There was apparently a house down Bluntzer road that was abandoned. However my parents say that there was some furniture in the house and it would be on one side of the room one night and the next time they would go back it would be the other side. They also say that they would see light on in the house, however it was abandoned and with out electricity. I am just curious if anyone else and heard of this or had experienced it. The house was either torn down or fell down. Submitted by K       Category:       home I used to live at 1012 Cantrell Ave in Jourdanton, it was my little girl who died in that house. Her name is Sara Beth, she was playing with her dolls in her bedroom when the water heater exploded. We all made it out of the house, but she forgot her doll and without us knowing made her way back into the house. And by the time we noticed   it was too late. I do not see her as being aggressive, she is probably still looking for her doll or someone to play with because she was an only child. Late at night around two am I'd say, I was getting ready to go to bed, and I heard a loud bang down my hallway, I was terrified but I went down the hall to see what had fallen or who was there. but when I looked there was nothing, then bam! I heard another loud crash, as I started to slowly make my way down the hall, I saw a light from outside. I looked out the window, and saw a little girl walking down the street. I could not belive my eyes, but before I knew it disappeared. And since then, I've have yet to see her again.
