La Marque, Texas Ghost Tales There's a ghost named Lulu in my house.  my young daughter kept telling me an older lady named lulu would talk to her & ask her to do ballet for her (my daughter's a dancer). I chalked it up to her being a child & playing make believe. She kept the story up for 2 years before I met a woman working at my dr's office & recognized my address.  she told me her aunt owned that house & died in what turned out to be my room.  & her name??  lucille--they called her aunt LULU!!!. Night hour is undeceased time around here. Not everyone believes in the testimonies the local residents tell, but not all of the residents of La Marque are still alive. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The phantom of a muscular lumberjack hauling a sizeable axe can be perceived repeatedly turning toward the onlooker       in Bayou Park late at night. The terrifying ghost of a Gaul has from time to time been perceived rummaging around in trash container on a La Marque residential street. A lot of people who live here say this spirit is in all probability the undeceased spirit of a resident who used to reside here in La Marque. A gentleman that turned into   a vampire is once in a while made out on a La Marque lane around midnight. People who have witnessed this ghost allege this ghost is the undeparted spirit of a long departed La Marque local. No matter what folks express, it's a scary ghost that should be kept away from. A luminous human body has been observed on frequent occasions hovering in the air like a helium balloon in La Marque. The ghost of a pregnant female was witnessed chucking pebbles into the flow at Basford Bayou in the early morning hours. The ghost spoke about revenging a killing. One thing's for guaranteed, it is certainly a chilling ghost that you don't want to meet in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost of a youthful gentleman having on a jacket appeared staring at the water by Galveston County Water Reservoir Dam before dawn. The observer panicked and ran away. Any which way, this ghost certainly is menacing; one that you shouldn't go trying to locate. A beheaded gentleman materialized trying to locate a hat down at the water at Campbell Bayou. The ghost didn't appear to be worried by the watchers. In any case, this is an unsympathetic spirit that should be shunned.
