I too live in the landing and have since '84 when our house was built. We live off of Potomac on the west end. For a number of years we would hear children laughing before there were any homes on the south side of Potomac and all of the area was vacant land south of us.
My wife didn't like it but was brave because I worked shift work. She realized that the 'ghost' children weren't hurting anyone, apparently they were just playing. We have
had several sightings in the immediate area that were questionable and over the years there have been a few deaths of residents that may not have crossed
We had one instance here in our home after my brother-in-law passed. We saw him here in our home for about two months afterwards. Finally one day I told him that all of us were fine, we love him and he needed to go on and cross over.
I didn't say anything to my wife about her brother at the time. About 3 months later I asked her if she had seen him anymore she said no and then I told her about my encounter and telling him to cross
