As we neared Cris's house, he disappeared. We all went inside to get ice cream, forgetting the events that had transpired. When we were walking back to my house at end of Hickory Hollow we decided to take a shortcut through Joyce. Me and Jillian had taken the bike her peddling and me on the small metal seat in the back. sounding girl annoyed saying stuff like ''get it over with'' and ''hurry up. '' Another girl was making muffled noises as if she was tied up and a boy

saying stuff like ''I'm trying'' and a boy asking f it was a good idea and another person adding things like ''just do it. ''
We got on the bike as fast as we could assume AJ and Cris were right behind us. As we neared my back yard and hopped off the bike we realized AJ and Cris weren't right behind us. Then we heard them scream. We grabbed weapons (I don't know why we thought weapons would be any good on ghosts. ) We ran after them. As we found them,
