On the west side of the lake past the campsites is a road that runs past what appears to be some type of old cold war base. There are giant Concrete domes enclosed in a triangular high fence w/ razor wire on top. As we passed this strange area I joked about going through the hole and exploring     a bit. I didn't go in the fence and we walked on. About 15 paces beyond I began to feel weird; like there was electricity in the air I felt a bit woozy too. I turned around and saw a man as clear as day staring at me from inside the fence where I'd just been joking. What was truly bizarre was his outfit. He basically was dressed like a Jedi- he had some sort of weird belt/bandoleer w/ technology on it and a cloak that was over his head. I couldn't make out his face but his demeanor was that of someone really angry. He stood tensed up staring at me.   (continued on the next page...)
