The older people and those that live out on those roads know something but what ''.

I was walking through the night with a friend being a normal teenager. It was about one or two in the morning on a cloudy night when we came upon some rail road tracks. The tracks seemed old and abandoned...
We were goofing off and were walking down the tracks. We suddenly heard something... It was like footsteps behind us. We both looked and saw nothing and just figured it was our imaginations running wild so we continued down the tracks.
About half a mile down the tracks we came to this old abandoned house and of course we went inside. We walked around in the house and heard people talking. It scared us but we kept exploring. We came upon a room in the back of the house and found some old tools and knives on a counter.|
The door slammed shut! It scared us to death. We screamed and tried to find a way out but then we realized there were no windows in this room. We heard footsteps getting closer and closer. We ended up in the corner of the room when we found a hole in the wall and climbed out of the house.
We ran away in so much terror and fear of losing our lives. We came upon a grave and the name was wore down so it was hard to read. I believe it said Robert l. Ryhms. After seeing this sight we ran until we found the closest road and headed home.
When we got home we couldn't sleep so we left town to stay the night with a friend. I will always remember this frightening night in Murchison TX.
