He wears a red and Blue striped shirt and overalls. When my husband and I lived in the House I heard from a previous Palmer resident that a Man had killed his Young son and daughter in that House but I never tried to verify it. Before my husband and I bought the House there were at least 2 previous     owners that for whatever reason just up and left the house. I loved living there as long as I was downstairs but something just isn't right with that House and the upstairs is super creepy.
