Placedo, Texas Ghost Tales One night about 15 years ago my grandmother heard a noise outside. She looked through her window that led to the side of the yard and saw what was making the noise it was just a harmless owl hitting the side of her old barn, but then she saw something out of the corner of her eye, when she looked there was a man in what looked to be a Mexican uniform. After that she blessed the house. but a few months ago my aunt saw him again while she was changing the oil in  her car, so I don't know what to think but I think he's good._. Submitted by A guy When my mother was young a friend of hers moved into the old church she said that her friend chistmas tree was by the alter and that her parents had got her a bike . Well she had woken up inthe  middle of the night to she a little girl rolling back an forth sitting on the bike. Submitted by anonymous Where the water department is there used to be  a two story dance hall.one night a handsome man walk in and dance all night with all the women but no one look at his feet till one of       the girl did and saw he had a hoof and a chicken foot for feet .they say he vanished before ther eyes after that the dance hall was closed.my mom and cousins remember playin in the dance hall when they were little where the dance floor was all the boards where ripped out they never walked where the dance floor was .when I asked my uncle about it he said the people ripped out the boards poured holy water on them and burn them.
