I came to the conclusion that it was the land that was haunted because we all lived in different trailers. My friend said before she sold the property she rented the lot out once, and the people quickly moved.

Port Lavaca has a lot of haunted places. I've talked to many people that have experience this. I have talked to my son and a few other kids I have met through work that told me on the south side they have looked out their window to see a man with a large black hat, and a long black coat looking from the road at the house. My son said he saw this man at the grave yard also when he went to visit a family member that live there.
All the people that say they saw this were male they said the guy just looks at them but doesn't speak or move then he is gone. None of these kids knew each other but they experience seeing the same person wearing the same thing and same size.|
I take that back; one girl told me she saw him.|

Comment by Sanna: I saw him too but I saw him right next to me and he had an axe in his hand and smelled like dead skunk.

I used to live in a rent house near HEB that was pretty old. I'm not sure how old exactly, but it had been around a while. Well, when I first moved in everything was pretty normal, but after a while I started hearing noises and noticing strange things happening. On more than one occasion my wife and I would be sitting on the couch watching TV and would hear something that sounded like a broom handle hit the floor in the spare bedroom. Upon further inspection everything was in its place undisturbed.
