Portland, Texas Ghost Tales | |

After our own insane experiences here in Portland over the last 20 yrs, I never really thought this website existed but yesterday I found it. aAfter reading some of the stories on this site me and my roommate were more than excited to prove something is going on here. We drove outside Portland to memorial gardens cemetery and thought we would just take a few shots. What we found when we uploaded the pictures will shock you. We also visited ### Railroad tracks and a house coming from Gregory to Portland on the access road. There is an old white two story farm house on right. The air there is noticeably so thick you could cut it with a knife. We got pictures there that will scare the skin off your bones. We are going back to some sights today for further investigation. We are also building a website of our findings.

is haunted. I just laughed and told him that they were trying to scare him. Then one night I went outside to our backyard to pick up some clothes I had left outside hang drying and it was about 11:00 pm and I heard the swings outside squeaking so I thought this town is so windy the wind must be making the swings swing a little. I stood on the fence

to pick over and just one swing was swinging really fast almost as if someone has sitting on it. I don't believe that what the little boy told my son is true, but that sure did get me scare.

Me and my girl Shenea were out in the parking lot of the movies. Just with the car off resting and when we got out I felt something grab my leg. As I look under the car nothing was there.

One day I was crossing the railroad tracks on Hwy 181 coming in from Taft. Its the road that takes you straight to the GP High School. Anyway it was early in the morning about 10yrs ago like at 7:30am and the sun was already out and bright and I had just crossed the tracks when out of nowhere from my left this little boy who looked about 6 or 7yrs old dressed in like early 60's or 70's clothes darted out in front of me on his bike. It was one of those banana seat bikes with the long

handle bars. I slammed on my brakes and he just crossed the street, never looked anywhere but straight ahead then just faded into the field like nothing. That was really weird but he looked so real not like a ghost. Well a couple of years later, my cousin saw the same thing in the same spot and there were two other witnesses in the car only this happened at night in the dark. I am wondering if he got killed in that spot.
