Premont, Texas Ghost Tales | |

I would like to know where Jensen Trap, Jensen Pasture, and Ramada del Toro Creek are at in the area of Premont. I am a resident of Premont for a long time and a police officer and I have never heard of these areas. As far as the aged woman holding a revolver, I remember before Mrs Nelinger died she always wore a revolver on her side, and she was an accurate shot with it. The only other ghost stories that I have heard about is the young lady that haunts the Premont Junior High School Band Hall. She appears to students during the day when they least expect her, but is not a bad spirit.

One day I was lying down on my bed I was by myself. I had my eyes closed and I open them and I saw a nurse in her uniform with her nurse cap on and she was putting her hand on me.

Not everything in Premont, Texas is as it appears; some former people from former times have come back to this place. Ghosts are so regular in this town; loads of local residents don’t even think about it
