A drifting ghost has repeatedly been spotted at Rooke Lake Dam at the stroke of midnight taking in   the surroundings. One thing's for sure, it sure is a menacing ghost that should be kept away from. The spirit of a young-looking Indian fighter has supposedly been witnessed on many occasions soaring over Fennessey Flat late in the night. The ghost of a muscular lumberjack hauling a big axe can repeatedly be witnessed in a Refugio flat.
