    arms amputated can now and then be perceived hauling a dead body across the ground in Lost Section at night.

The ghost of a man clutching a bloody knife was spotted trying to find a picture by Jones Valley. This ghost is fantastically active in this area; there have been several additional reports of this precise ghost.
