Rio Frio, Texas Ghost Tales

You could feel that Rio Frio, Texas is exactly the same as any other settlement in the United States, but this is a settlement where the undead stride the residential roads at night. Phantoms are so routine around here; a lot of residents don’t even worry about it any longer. Not everyone has faith in the descriptions the residents tell, but seeing is believing and if you spend a night here in Rio Frio, you may well notice a phantom.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A lady burning, hauling a fuel tank is rumored to have been

noticed on a small number of occasions in the backseat of a Nissan by the driver witnessing the ghost in his rear view mirror before sunrise.

The ghost of a youthful air force pilot may repeatedly
be distinguished late in the night drifting along Buffalo Creek.

A young girl dressed in a blood-covered dress may be observed very often washing a blood-covered jacket in Cold Springs on a dark night.

A woman with a blue-green face has every so often been distinguished looking for a picture at Harrison Lake Dam on a dark night. One thing is for certain, it's a creepy ghost that any reasonable person would not want to come across.

A man with a machete in his head is every so often perceived right by Garner State Park eating a piece of bread. If you listen to what the folks who live here argue, this ghost could be a recognized past native of Rio Frio.
