When I was in grade school I lived in the house across form the post office. One night I got up to get a drink of water, the kitchen is directly across the hall from our bedroom.( I share a room w/2 siblings) I stepped out into the hall and looked to my right and about 6 feet away there stood a little girl. She had pig tails and she just looked at me and smiled. It scared me so b/c it was just me, mom & 2 little sisters and everybody was sleeping. I ran back to the bed and stayed under the covers until sun up. I never saw the little girl again.

I live in a beachfront house, quite close to the water. One day, I walked down to the beach and in broad daylight I saw what appeared to be a Spanish old ship. As I got closer, it got farther, and when I finally gave up, I was in the middle of a rampage of old ghost sailors, oblivious to me. I could feel them rushing past, but to them I was invisible. When this was over, and it didn't feel like long,

I noticed it was now almost dark. I ran home to find a white cat blocking the doorway. Our cats were one gray and one brown. It sat for a few minutes, then walked through my closed door and disappeared. It still appears randomly when I am alone.

I was a little girl. I would always sleep over at my grandma's house. She lived in one of the oldest houses in Riviera. This house is over 100 years old. The house was two stories. I always stayed on the ground floor. At night, when my grandma was asleep. I watched TV, in the den, and there was this door that lead to the front room of the house. It was always dark in there at night because the ceiling was to high to change the light bulb. My TV started to flicker. Then I heard a creaking noise from behind me. The door open. I walked to the door and went into the front room. There was a little light because I live next to a store. I looked at the stairs that leaded up to second floor. There was a ghostly old women standing on the 5th stair. She looked at me and and then she walked back up the stairs. I yelled after her, but I didn't go up the stairs. Then I turned around to go but to the den, and right behind me was a ghostly men with no left leg. I screamed and ran to my grandma. During the day is scary too. Things would move around.

my grandma died we moved in to her house, and my room was up stairs. My first night up there, I couldn't sleep. The door keep swinging back and forth. Shadows moved around my room. My dogs would not even come and sleep with me. Then the next day I put a cross in my room, then there was no more haunting in my room, but I knew there was I the hallway.
