I was in training at the time and the training officer I was with was in the passenger seat. I looked at her and asked if she saw that she replied that woman walk through that Brick wall... I said OK just wanted to make sure I wasn't seeing things. As I neared the Street to turn into my neighborhood I saw the car in front of me flash its high beams. When their lights went up I noticed on the corner of the interceding Street there was a Young girl near the age of 11 or 12 staring off into the distance. I assumed the car in front of me was trying to get her attention since she looked so Young but she didn't respond to the flashing of the lights.
