San Angelo, Texas Ghost Sightings - PAGE 11
(...continued from the previous page)|
I lived across from the daycare for quite some time, maybe a 3 years or a little over, and I know that house is haunted. Brought my daughter a toy for her first birthday party that was motion activated, left it in a bag and hid it one evening before her party. She was asleep in her room, I myself was in the living room and the doll was in the front bedroom closet.
I heard it go off which was odd because it sounded like it was near me I got up and went to the bedroom where my daughter was sleeping. She was still asleep and I must have walked past the doll, and not set it off when I went to check on her. But when I came out of her room it was sitting in the hall next to the bedroom door of the room it was hid in.
I picked it up and placed it in the towel cabinet and pulled towels in front of it. About 20 minutes later I got up to go to bed and the doors were wide open and doll had been pulled to the front. My daughter had talked to another little girl she called Tina when she was at home, any other time or place she never mentioned or talked to her ''imaginary'' friend.
I thought maybe she gotten out of bed the first time and found the doll and then the doors open sitting on the shelf until we started hearing more about Tina. Random stuff, and upon receiving a trampoline for her birthday she loved playing on it then one day she stopped going out to play and told me it was because her friend could not leave the house and was sad she was having fun and her friend could not go outside.
Thankfully we were able to move out of there, never had any problems with the ''friend'' just the plumbing was extremely bad and landlord refused to fix it. Now my daughter attends school and we carpool with another family and there are some days we have to pick up one of the car riders' younger sibling and we pass by that purple house every other week. Keep in mind my daughter was only 2 then and is now 7. As we drive by she always waves to the house my husband asked her one day, baby why do you wave at the purple house? She replied ''Daddy, my friend Tina still lives there she watches out the window for me.''|
We frequent that area a lot for Halloween, the neighbors and friends houses we know and still stay in contact with. Never have I gotten a picture with orbs in it from there except the few pictures of my daughter that looked like she was moving a blur if you will, but I tell you all around that area from Juanita/Forest Trail to Jefferson and Webster, if you grab a camera you may find orbs galore.

Comment by anonymous: Yes it's true! I've lived on both sides of San Angelo I have to say it's nearly everywhere. This town has a history and a lot of it is still around. My friend in Santa Rita said some nights she can hear the Calvary on there horses going down the street as if going to Fort Concho.
It's all around. Everyone I know has had experiences. The river at night is a eerie place to be. Not somewhere to be at night. I have gone into places where once in them my chest would tighten and it would be hard to breathe a horrible feeling and as soon as I got out I'd be alright.
These times I believe were a bad place to be. There was bad in those places. Other places things may go on but you don't get that awful heaviness. I know that animals have that sense they can see what we can't and they know if it's good or bad.
People should be honest and let it be known but then houses wouldn't sell. Have a house blessed.
