I lived in a historic home on belvin Street for two years in the mid 90's and had many strange experiences that really creeped me out such as motion detectors going off television volume going haywire my pets would start to growl, and the hair would raise on their necks and we would all feel a cold draft.

Sometimes the lights would flicker and a little toy phone Magnet I had on the fridge started ringing by itself one afternoon. After I moved out my realtor claimed she saw a ghostly figure on the window and a neighbor cliams she saw the ghost of the former owner several years before. I always felt uneasy in that house and by San Marcos in general. It seemed so charming but the residents were very odd and unfriendly and the house was just plain creepy despite it's beauty. I have never gone back since. Submitted by Nameless
