My entry sadly, isn't a sighting, more of a message to people in Saratoga that the story of 'the ghost light' has in fact spread far and wide to the tiny village of harthill in yorkshire, England. I'm fascinated by your story, as we also have a mysterious ghost light regularly seen on our railway crossing. However our ghost appears to be that of a signalman who worked in the kiveton park signal box

just before the second world war. Details of how the gentleman died are sketchy, but it is common belief he too was hit by a train. The story

and legend is now part of our village folklore, and we are infact, quite proud of him!! We pass on our regards to the people of saratoga, and hope, like us, you are just as proud! . Submitted by Victoria
