It was so close I could see the light swaying back and forth and in the shape of a lantern it was so bright. He proceeded to turn on the car and with that the car lights turning back on. I assumed the light would disappear but I was very wrong it only got brighter.
We turned the car around and drove off seeing the light fade in the distance. I can't explain all the emotions that I was going through but I have never felt so scared in my life and it's

something that in one hand I wish I would have never seen and in the other hand something makes me want to go back.
Either way I will never forget

the night of the Saratoga light...

My grandfather and my dad were from Saratoga. They never talked about the light much. I don't think my grandfather had ever seen it, and he lived there all of his life. For those who know Saratoga; there are old oil fields all over the place there, most are used up, a couple still active.
They've been there for over 100 years. There's no telling what sort of gases might be coming out of the ground. I've been on bragg's road a couple of times over the years but I've never seen the light.
