When I was younger me and some friends of mine would go hang out at an old abandoned house right off of Maske road and Schertz parkway, but one night we all thought we had the courage to go out there at night and sleep in the basement which nobody really knew about it . it was outside the house and down a tiny whole which lead you there and I was the first one down with a lighter in my hand and then I heard a really loud noise then foot steps from inside the house above my head and I asked my friends if they heard it and they said no we didn't hear anything and the second they came down to hang out the noise of the loud foot steps were back and we hurried and got out and ran half the way home , the next morning we went back and the place had a note on the door from the city of Schertz saying they were going to tear the house down so we never returned and to who ever lives in the subdivision on top of maske road hill I hope you wont get too scared.

back in the woods behind the garden ridge stores, and other wooded areas lies an abandoned, wrecked up house. My friend and I have been hearing weird sounds out there for the past couple of months, and today we finally gathered up the courage to investigate. We approached the perimeter of the house where we were immediately warned off by a loud smashing

sound accompanied by an eerie glow. We ran off scared, but later returned trying to tell ourselves it was an animal or something. After no signs of animal were detected, the sound was heard again and a dark glow-like figure appeared in the center of the house's remains. Frightened, we ran off, with the feeling we were being pursued. We returned to his property where we determined it was in the shape of an elderly man with half a head. The next day we asked the property owner what had happened out there, and he told us of a man committing suicide in the 1960's with a shotgun. I am very scared now.

Previous to the attempt to rid our rent house of this ghost or spirit, it tried to choke me in my bed and I wasnt able to move or open my eye's, I was only able to beat on the wall trying to wake my sleeping mother in the adjacent room. It happend only twice and the attempt to rid out house of it seems to have worked. It also chased

our cat numerous times around the house. Our neighbors say they live with a the ghost of an old man who they often see, and can be seen, he wears an old top hat.
