Previous to the attempt to rid our rent house of this ghost or spirit, it tried to choke me in my bed and I wasnt able to move or open my eye's, I was only able to beat on the wall

trying to wake my sleeping mother in the adjacent room. It happend only twice and the attempt to rid out house of it seems to have worked. It

also chased our cat numerous times around the house. Our neighbors say they live with a the ghost of an old man who they often see, and can be seen, he wears an old top hat.

My mom and now my friend have seen the same little girl up stairs in my room and in the hall way. They only see her for a short amount of time before she disappears. She's wearing white and she has long brown hair.
