One of the people who live here strongly argues that this ghost is that of a person who existed here in Scotland before the present. A fairly translucent man clad as the captain of a ship is once in a while noticed eating a carrot by Horseshoe Bend. A number of of the folks who live in this town say this ghost enjoys scaring foolish folks who are brave enough to disturb the tranquility in Scotland.
