Spring, Texas Ghost Tales It happened at 5am yesterday morning (August 11th). I was sleeping in my sister's bed because she was out of town and we had a friend staying in my bed that night. I woke up and looked up and there was someone in my room. I thought it was another friend who was visiting us because it was the same height and body type as he was, but then I realized that he had left the day before, so it couldn?t have been him. I am already scared, but this thought made me terrified. I closed my eyes really hard for a second, hoping that this was a dream. When I opened my eyes the figure was still there, looking down at my desk at my cell phone and wallet. It felt very nightmarish, but I was completely awake now with the adrenaline going through my system. I closed my eyes again and did the only thing I could think to do and that was to pray the Hail Mary prayer ten times in a row like my grandpa did when he was scared during World War 2. I did it as fast as I could with my eyes closed, hoping that it would be gone when I opened my eyes. When I finished and       opened my eyes he was still there and I saw him look at me out of the corner of his eye and do what looked to be a very evil smirk. I was completely frozen with fear but got the nerve up to touch whatever this was. I stuck my arm out and it went right through it as if it were thin air. It was at this point that I was so terrified and had so much adrenaline   pumping through my body that I bolted for the door. The ghost was in-between me and the door and I ran straight through it and screamed bloody murder down stairs. The ghost was a man, about 5'10'' and looked like a 200 lbs person with short length dark hair and Caucasian. He was wearing a light blue polo and either his face was extremely wrinkly or he had severe burns covering all his face. When I first realized he was a ghost was when all the hairs on my body stood on end. What was truly terrifying to me was that when I had my eyes closed I was starting to still see him through my eyelids only he was looking directly at me instead of down at my desk. Is this normal to anyone else? I swear on my life that this happened and that I was not dreaming it as my dad thought. What should I do now?. I was trying to sleep in my home, and it was my uncle's Birthday a year after he died. I was starting to think about him then out of nowhere someone poked me in the side.
