Terrell, Texas Ghost Tales | |

We were staying at lavonia park at lake lavon and just as we pulled into the park we all (6 of us in the truck) spotted a young(teen)woman standing near a sign wearing jeans and a white shirt. As we got close and went to turn into the park we ALL noticed that she lifted her arms upward and began to run towards our vehicle with her arms still upheald as if she was begging for help or running after us. As i looked back in the windows i saw her still running and almost dissapear into a fog!!! At that time i told my husband to stop and tell the attendants at the front gate since we were in a RV park and kinda sitting ducks for any freak that wanted to walk in. At that time the gate attendant told us we would be fine and to feel secure to go to bed. Needless to say I didnt sleep and at times even felt like i was being watched in the window at times!!! Later we found out that there had been a car accident at that same spot and the YOUNG victim that passed matched our description. It made me ill to think that someones childs spirit may still

be there begging for assistance on a nightly basis. If anyone else has seen this please join me in praying for this persons spirit to cross over and give them the assistance they need!!!.

I got back into my car, and headed toward the red light.. just as it turned green, before I could take my foot off the break... and push the gas... my emergency break was jerked up, and car put in park, just as a semi sped threw the redlight.. I cannot explain what happend, logically, except.. my dad, saved my life.. Thank you, father.

While the sun is shining you may very well assume Terrell, Texas is just the same as any other city, but when the spooky shadows of the night move in the undeparted invade. Night hour is undeceased time in this place. Folks who have never stayed a day in this town will tell you it's all myths, but the ghosts of Terrell are out tonight looking for somebody to freak out.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The ghost of an adolescent girl showed up talking into the thin air as if someone besides was there. Being frightened by the eye witnesses the ghost vanished into the darkness.

with half her head not there showed up on the top of Breezy Hill after midnight gazing at the view. This particular ghost has been made out often in this place.
