I used to live in Troy and during my childhood I witnessed a ghost sighting in my home. An Older Gentleman walked down our Hallway by my bedroom and through the wall at the end of the hallway when the Gentleman walked by my bedroom he would look at me but continued to walk he would never stop or acknowledge me.This experience has lead me into finding Ghost Hunting and I do believe that there is alot more to life after death than we can imagine ..

Troy, Texas appears the same as any other neighborhood in the States, but not all of the inhabitants of this town are really alive. Things go down here that cannot be rationally explained. Folks who have never stayed for the night in this town will inform you it's superstition, but a stay in Troy, Texas will make anybody believe.

The ghost of a youthful Indian combatant may from time to time be distinguished trying to flag down cars by the side of a gloomy road outside

The phantom of an aircraft pilot was distinguished throwing pieces of wood into the flow at East Fork Deer Creek very late at night. When perceived the ghost came within reach of the witness who then ran away.
The creepy ghost of a Gaul came into sight trying to say something in Chick Walker Junior Park in the early morning hours

before sunrise. This particular ghost has been spotted over and over again in this zone. If you talk to the residents, this ghost is that of a local resident who resided here in Troy some time ago. Any which way, this ghost undoubtedly is frightening; one that you do not want to meet late in the night.
A bloodcurdling skeleton was witnessed at Wendland Farms Lake Dam late in the night taking pleasure in the vista. There are many accounts concerning this spirit in the vicinity.
