The daylight hours in Valley Mills, Texas are the same as daylight hours anywhere else, but undead ghosts of yesteryear in this municipality don't seem to plan to die. The ghosts of this settlement don’t leave anyone unstartled. A number of folks who live here declare there are no ghosts, but if you are bold enough to stay for the night in Valley Mills, you may well catch a glimpse of a ghost for yourself.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The phantom of a man having the sign of the devil engraved into his head may once in a while be perceived in Thompson Hollow in the early morning hours scaring folks. It's been alleged that this precise ghost is the ghost of a vacationer
 
    that was murdered while driving through Valley Mills some time ago. Regardless of what people state, this is a nasty ghost that should be let alone.

The ghost of a seriously mangled hunter pulling a dead coyote was spotted taking pleasure in the vista at Hall Lake Dam after midnight. This phantom is very active in this neighborhood; there have
  been a handful of other sightings of this exact phantom. Anyhow, it unquestionably is a menacing ghost that is better not messed with.

The ghost of a young lady with a cable around her neck emerged drifting down Castle Creek before sunrise. This is one of those ghosts that is witnessed repeatedly close by.

A guy with no head was made out looking menacing along a deserted highway close to Valley Mills on a dark night. The observer fled when he made out the spirit. If you talk to the people who live here, this ghost is that of a person who settled here in Valley Mills before the present.
