I lived in this rent house for a couple of years back in in the mid 90's. You can hear loud footsteps in the house when you are home alone TV's come on spontaneously with a snowy screen items have flown off the shelves right before my eyes scratching of fingernails on the back bedroom door. If you live in this house you probably     have witnessed much of this. These occurrences concerned me to the Point I asked the owner what he knew about the house. He told me it was an old farm house that had been moved from the country. It's creepy is all I can say and I am glad we moved.
