The ghost of a young lady with a cable around her neck emerged drifting down Castle Creek before sunrise. This is one of those ghosts that is witnessed repeatedly close by. A guy with no head was made out looking menacing along a deserted highway close to Valley Mills on a dark night. The observer fled when he made out the spirit.
