When I was a teenager, we moved from Amarillo to Bridwell Ranch just outside of Adrian. We lived down in the Canyon on the border of Texas and New Mexico. And it was so far down we could not get TV reception or have a phone. Anyway my dad was a cowboy at the ranch and when he would come Home you could hear his spurs as he walked     through the house. Well one Day me and my sister were at Home and we heard the boots and spurs and thought our dad was Home and when we went to the kitchen there was nobody there this happened several times. My dad loved to play tricks on me and my Sisters. One night my Sisters and I were getting ready for bed and all of a sudden this face popped up in our bedroom window, and said boo and you could see that the porch light was on in the back.
